Kowalski Recruitment  is an Australian privately owned SME, specialising in recruitment and HR services.

Founded in Canberra in 1997, we have filled more than 16,000 positions over the past 25 years, primarily for the APS and specifically across corporate services, policy and program management data and knowledge management, compliance and legal areas as well as technical, science and health, scribing and the SES, by advertising, referrals, data base access, referrals, matching candidates against specific job requirements,  shortlisting against selection criteria, referencing, validating qualifications, police checks and security clearances and by referral to the APS the highest calibre candidates available. Extensive follow up with successful placements has resulted in a 91% success rate.  

 All Kowalski consulting team are tertiary qualified and trained in APS merit selection processes, privacy legislation, selection criteria/behavioural (competency-based) interview techniques, and cultural diversity and demonstrate a personal commitment to equity, diversity and non-discrimination of minority groups.
