Kowalski Recruitment (KR) is looking for a Business Support Officer who possesses strong business analytical skills, exceptional writing skills, sharp critical thinking skills and proven experience in identifying business and system requirements as well as documenting business processes.  While you will be employed by KR you will get to work directly to the Business Support Manager, and be responsible for analysing, supporting and reporting on GRDC’s investment cycle and portfolio oversight activities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualification in Finance, Business or Procurement or demonstrated 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to think critically and present data as meaningful information
  • A high degree of resilience and the ability to multitask and re-prioritise as required to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, as well as work autonomously
  • Be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

You will need to be an Australian citizen and prepared to travel as and when required.
