Contract and Team Administrator
  • 3 year contract;

  • Remuneration approx. $65k - $80k plus super;

  • Located in Toowoomba, Qld.

The opportunity

Our client, an organisation known for its team culture that encourages and inspires excellence, is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person with a strong administration background whose primary role will be to assist the Business Support Team Leader to ensure all contract and team administration obligations are met.
You will be reporting to the Business Support Team Leader, and some key aspects of your role will include:

  • Supporting the Business Support Team and Managers across a broad portfolio by providing administrative support;
  • Being the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and facilitating the efficient distribution of messages;
  • Responding efficiently to subject matter queries;
  • Maintaining the filing system;
  • Managing meetings, including taking minutes;
  • Liaising with stakeholders.

What we’re looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative position;
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • A team player;
  • The ability to work unsupervised;
  • The ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

You’ll need to be an Australian citizen, hold a valid Australian Driver’s License and be prepared to travel interstate from time to time.
