Anne Kowalski founded the company in 1997 and has maintained a strong involvement with the business since its inception. Anne’s responsibilities as Director include strategic planning, managing the company’s performance and budgets, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships, tender preparation and submission, quality review of the company’s performance and all aspects of team management. Anne has served as Director on several boards, including the University of Canberra College, Cancer Council ACT, the National Heart Foundation, Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal, Snowy Hydro South Care Trust, and the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RSCA).

Brendan Kowalski manages the Recruitment Consulting team, backed by his 23 years recruitment/HR experience with Kowalski Recruitment. His work includes supporting recruitment processes at the CEO level for not-for profits, as well as non-going, temporary and ongoing recruitment at all levels of Federal and State governments. Brendan’s expertise includes HR and employment advice on employee retention, recruitment processes and staff management.

Yvonne Richards leads the HR Consulting team bringing 20 years of experience both internally and externally with Kowalski Recruitment. Yvonne leads the HR team on complex HR projects, from support and advice at departmental Secretary level to bulk recruitment rounds for all levels of government. Yvonne’s expertise covers the provision of HR advice on legislative matters including WH&S, compliance and cyber security. Yvonne holds an MBA and is security cleared to NV1 level.
