Our scribes come from a variety of backgrounds, including policy and secretariat officers, Government executives, HR and recruitment professionals and career administrators.
To work with us, you will need:
- A good understanding of government recruitment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- An excellent work ethic
- Experience working in HR at a senior level in government
- High level time management skills and the ability to meet very tight deadlines
What is involved in a scribing assignment?
Each assignment varies, but may include:
- Assessing and shortlisting applicants
- Scheduling candidate interviews
- Collating written responses
- Attending and scribing for interview panels (remote and/or in person)
- Providing advice on candidate assessments
- Providing support and technical advice to selection panels
- Conducting thorough reference checks
- Producing high quality defensible selection reports
- Working as an independent panel member
