Executive Officer

The position is responsible for the management and delivery of general and executive administrative and support services within National Support Office, to support the achievement of operational, organisational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining business processes and support.
  • Maintain an accurate and comprehensive electronic document management system.
  • Establish and maintain key linkages and liaison across the organisation to ensure a high quality and consistent approach to service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain key external stakeholder relationships.
  • Provision of administrative support to the CEO and Executive Management Team (EMT) as/when required.
  • Secretariat functions for the Board and various Committees.
  • Work within collaborative teams to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Assist with the planning, management and delivery of projects.
  • Ensure the effective communication and application of policies, procedures and administrative requirements for the enterprise.
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings of various committees and the Board, including liaising with external parties, coordinating facilities requirements, arranging catering, preparing materials, and attending as required.
  • General administration and office management tasks including coordinating meetings, equipment, events, and travel, composing and editing incoming and outgoing correspondence for the office.
